Individual Entrepreneur Luchina Ksenia Vladimirovna (ИНН: 420549224660, ОГРНИП: 322774600473174), юридический address: Moscow, Boytsovaya St., 17, bldg. 2, apt. 3, именуемое в дальнейшем «Продавец», публикует настоящую public offer (далее — «Оферта»), адресованную любому физическому лицу (далее — «Покупатель»), на следующих условиях.
1. General provisions
1.1. This Offer is the Seller’s official proposal to conclude a distance sale contract for peptide substances for research purposes (the “Goods”) via the online store peptide-labs.ru (далее — «Сайт»).
1.2. Ordering on the Website is a complete and unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of the terms of this Offer.
1.3. Acceptance of the Offer means that the Buyer is familiar with the terms of this Offer, accepts them in full and agrees with the description, purpose and legal status of the Goods.
2. Subject of the Offer
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer to the Buyer peptide substances in the form of a lyophilisate intended solely for research purposes (Research Use Only), and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods.
2.2. The product IS not A medicinal product, biologically active additive, food product OR cosmetic product. The product is intended exclusively for use by qualified investigators in laboratory conditions.
2.3. The name, quantity, dosage and cost of the Goods are determined on the basis of the Buyer's choice on the Website and are recorded in the order confirmation.
3. Buyer confirmations
3.1. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that:
3.1.1. He is twenty-one (21) years old.
3.1.2. He is aware that the Product is intended solely for research purposes and is not a medicinal product.
3.1.3. It does not intend to use the Goods in a manner contrary to its declared purpose.
3.1.4. He accepts the terms of this Offer, Privacy Policy и Disclaimerposted on the Site.
4. Ordering and payment
4.1. The Buyer selects the Product on the Website, adds it to the cart, specifies the contact details and delivery address, selects the payment method and places the order.
4.2. After placing the order, the Buyer receives a confirmation by the specified email or in the messenger.
4.3. The contract is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer receives the order confirmation.
4.4. Payment methods: online bank cards, SBP, cash upon receipt, non-cash payment on the account.
4.5. Payment shall be made in full before shipment of the Goods, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties.
5. Shipping
5.1. Delivery shall be made to the address specified by the Buyer when placing the order.
5.2. Delivery times vary by region and delivery method. Indicative timelines are stated in the section “Shipping” on the Site.
5.3. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer from the moment of transfer of the Goods to the transport company.
5.4. The cost of delivery is calculated separately and reported to the Buyer before payment.
6. Returns and exchanges
6.1. The return of the Goods of proper quality is not carried out on the basis of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 31.12.2020 No. 2463.
6.2. Claims for the quality of the Goods are accepted within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt when providing photographs, a description of the discrepancy and, if necessary, the results of an independent laboratory analysis.
6.3. In case of confirmation of non-conformity, the Seller shall replace the Goods or return the funds.
7. Liability
7.1. Продавец не несёт ответственности за последствия использования Товара способом, не соответствующим его заявленному назначению (Research Use Only).
7.2. The seller does not provide medical services and does not give medical advice.
7.3. Information on the properties of substances on the Site is based on published scientific research and is for reference only.
7.4. The Buyer is solely responsible for compliance with applicable law.
8. Other terms
8.1. The Seller has the right to change the terms of the Offer. The changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Site.
8.2. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, if impossible — in court at the location of the Seller.
