Shipping and returns
Shipping
Shipping is carried out by carriers worldwide. The delivery method is determined by agreement with the manager.
Delivery times
- Moscow and Moscow Region: 7–14 business days.
- Regions of the Russian Federation: 10–20 working days.
- CIS: 10–20 working days.
- International delivery: the terms are calculated individually.
The deadlines are indicative and may vary slightly depending on the work of the transport company.
Cost
Delivery cost is calculated individually for each order and told to the Buyer before payment confirmation.
Dispatch
Dispatch is within 3–10 business days after full payment. After shipment, the Buyer is provided with a tracking number.
Packaging
Все заказы упаковываются в защитную упаковку (пузырчатая плёнка, картонная коробка) для предотвращения повреждений при транспортировке. Каждый заказ сопровождается перечнем товаров (накладной).
Возврат
Goods of proper quality
Return of goods of proper quality is not available under RF Government Decree No. 2463 of 31.12.2020 (list of non-food goods of proper quality not subject to return or exchange).
Goods of improper quality
If you received goods with defects or not matching the stated characteristics, you may file a claim within 14 calendar days of receipt.
To review a claim you must provide:
- photos of the product and packaging;
- detailed description of the discrepancy found;
- order number;
- при претензии к химическому составу — результаты независимого лабораторного анализа (за счёт Покупателя, если несоответствие не подтвердится).
Refund
If a discrepancy is confirmed (after claim review or lab analysis) the Seller shall:
- replace the goods with equivalent proper-quality goods, or
- refund the full amount.
The funds are transferred within 10 business days in the same way that the payment was made.
